UGANDA : Okall, Omony star as Falcons make it five straight wins

KAMPALA. Star Times Falcons and KIU Titans are to many, the likely challengers to City Oilers’ Airtel National Basketball League title.
So far they have done that reputation no harm as evidenced on Sunday in picking up respective fifth and fourth successive wins at the Lugogo MTN Arena.
Falcons won 79-62 over newly promoted Bushcourt while the Titans who play Oilers on Friday recorded a comfortable 82-52 victory over Diamond in the Sun(DITS).
Ariel Okall had 18 points and 10 rebounds despite not featuring in the first quarter while Stephen Omony also picked a double double of15 and 10 boards.
Stephen Nyeko and Jonathan Kirya top scored for Bush Court with 14 and 11 points respectively.
Henry Malinga meanwhile scored a team high 19 points for the Titans who also had three other players Geoffrey Soro (15) Chris Omanye (11) and Diego Angemi (10) in double figures. Dits who trailed throughout the game had Bernard Okumu and Emma Odongkara score 19 and 16 points respectively.
