UGANDA : Falcons Aim to Demolish Struggling Crane High

MTN-Fuba League record champions will be without experienced Sam Obol when they take on Crane High School at Lugogo Indoor Stadium.
The Federation of Uganda Basketball Associations (Fuba) slapped a four-match ban on Obol for misconduct but Falcons are very confident of demolishing Crane High and move top of the topflight table.
Falcons, who won their sixth championship last season, have eight points, two behind leaders Kampala International University (KIU).
Though on paper Falcons are clear favourites to record victory, team skipper Eric Malinga has warned his charges not to take anything for granted.

"A game is a game and anything can happen. They are a formidable side and can pull off a shock on a good day. We can't rest players because the team we are playing is struggling," Malinga said.
Crane High have only one win to their name. The Kitintale-based side will thusbe playing every game as a final since the relegation monster is knocking at their door.

In the women's category, Makerere Sparks, trying to re-build after losing most of their stars in the transfer window, also take on Crane High School.
Most Sparks players have had a long rest thanks to the power blackout at YMCA Wandegeya on Sunday evening that saw their game against Amazon Rhino postponed.
