UGANDA : Inexperience Cost Warriors Title - Tashobya

KYAMBOGO Warriors coach Ambrose Tashobya said yesterday that lack of experience denied the team the national basketball championship title.
The Warriors won the first two games in the best of five finals but failed to get the clincher as Mogas Falcons took the next three to take the title.

Tashobya recounted the team's troubles in an interview with The New Vision.
"We lost the third game because my boys relaxed thinking they had finished the job," Tashobya explained yesterday.

Tashobya added that the champions struggled in their first two defeats but had the players like Sam Obol and the Malinga brothers to do the job.
