TOP flight basketball league sides Najja High and Livingstone are the relegation candidates from the top-flight MTN basketball league.
The High School boys were last season saved from relegation when Fuba increased the Yello Max teams to ten, but have again failed to stand the challenge.

Najja have not won a single game so far and lie bottom of the ten-team table with 9 points from 12 games including three forfeit losses from walkovers, while Livingstone have only managed a double win over their relegation counterparts and remain second from bottom.
Najja has for the last three seasons struggled, while Livingstone jumped off the lower division this season.

Elsewhere, Miracle, KIU and Gulu Hawks are still struggling to avoid the third place from bottom, as three teams will be demoted to Yello Go.
Meanwhile, the race for the play- offs in the top Yello Max is tighter with Falcons, Power, Warriors and defending champions Marines all out tro make it. The 1997 champions Rhino and Mircale are also hungry to make it to the play-off stage.
